The Service supports managing ISO certification application workflows (including documents, notes, payments, and status tracking). You agree not to:

- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
4. Documents and Submissions
- You retain ownership of documents and content you submit, subject to the licenses granted in these Terms.
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring documents you upload are accurate, authorized, and do not violate any law or third-party rights.
5. Payments
If the Service includes paid features, payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). Payment terms, fees, and applicable taxes may be presented at checkout or in the Service. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, or pose a security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee certification outcomes, timelines, or decisions by certification bodies or other third parties.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURBOISO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
